Leak Repairs - Drains
There’s a long list of possible suspects when it comes to what is causing a leak in your pool. It could be your main drains, your skimmers, your return lines, and of course, leaks in the actual structure of the pool. At Blue Chip Pool Service, our goal is to not only find the causes of these leaks, but repair them as well. Luckily, it’s possible to repair the majority of pool leaks without draining out the water. It’s also possible to repair the leak upon the first visit, depending on where the leak is coming from. Sometimes, it’s possible that your pool does not have a leak at all and your water is just evaporation. Depending on the weather, water evaporation rates can drastically change in a short amount of time.
If you are experiencing a severe pool leak issue, Blue Chip Pool Service uses the newest techniques to address them. We use audio equipment that allows us to clearly listen to how the inner workings of your pool are operating. The sounds of your pool’s fittings, drains, and other parts give us a good idea of where and how deep the leak is. We also make a total visual inspection of the deck, check how the plumbing is operating between the pool and the external equipment connected to it, and pressure test the pool lines to see how well they are operating under various situations. With these techniques, we can consult you on any concerns about your pool leak, and the best way to address the problem.
